The service
PilotProof is a human-led commercial-readiness review operated by Frontier Labs for early-stage B2B technology and AI founders. An enterprise-experienced reviewer examines your proposition from a prospective enterprise buyer's perspective and produces a readiness report.
Two packages are offered. The Buyer Readiness Check (£99) includes a review of your website and pitch deck, one target buyer, five likely buyer objections, missing proof and information, a readiness score out of 100, a clear list of recommended actions, and a written report within 72 hours. The Enterprise Pilot Sprint (£199) includes a review of your website, pitch deck and pilot plan, one target buyer, ten questions the buyer may ask, key issues that could delay the pilot, a review of your proposed pilot, recommended pilot goals and success measures, a prioritised action plan, and a detailed written report within five days.
No call is included with either package. All findings and recommendations are delivered in writing.
Each package covers one company, one proposition and one target buyer; the Enterprise Pilot Sprint also covers one proposed pilot. Additional or materially different buyer profiles, propositions or specialist requirements require a separate review or a custom quote.
Payment
You submit your brief through the request form and are then redirected to a hosted Stripe checkout to pay the one-off fee for the selected package. The brief is saved before payment; submitting the form alone does not make the brief paid. The review begins only after your payment has been received.
We review every brief for suitability. If we cannot confirm a suitable scope after reviewing your brief, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery periods (72 hours for the Buyer Readiness Check, five days for the Enterprise Pilot Sprint) begin only after both of the following are true: your payment has been received, and all materials have been received through a working sharing link we can access. If access fails, we will contact you and the delivery clock pauses until we can access the materials.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and current, that you are authorised to share the submitted materials, and that the materials do not include passwords, credentials or highly sensitive personal information. You are responsible for configuring appropriate sharing permissions and for revoking access when the engagement is complete.
Confidential materials
Submitted materials are handled confidentially, used only to assess and deliver the requested review, and are never published or shared beyond the assigned reviewer. Because materials are hosted by your chosen provider, we cannot control that provider's security or retention practices.
What PilotProof is not
PilotProof provides directional commercial-readiness feedback. It is not legal advice, financial advice, security testing, penetration testing, formal security assurance, compliance or regulatory certification, procurement approval, or a guarantee of any sale, pilot, investment or procurement outcome.
Simulated buyer perspective
The review reflects a simulated buyer perspective informed by professional experience. It does not represent or guarantee the decision of any specific organisation.
Revisions and refunds
If any part of the report is unclear, you may ask clarifying questions within 14 days of delivery and we will clarify the findings in writing. If we cannot confirm a suitable scope after reviewing your brief, or if we miss the delivery period for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, because the service is a delivered digital service, refunds after delivery are not offered except where required by UK consumer or business law.
Intellectual property
You retain all intellectual-property rights in your materials and your product. You grant us a limited licence to use the submitted materials solely to deliver the requested review. The report is licensed to you for your internal commercial use; you may not resell or publish it as a certification. Our review methodology and templates remain owned by Frontier Labs.
File retention and deletion
Materials links and brief content are retained for up to 12 months after the engagement so we can support follow-up questions, then deleted, unless we are required to keep records longer for legal or accounting reasons. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Conflict of interest
Reviewers must declare conflicts of interest before an assignment, and a reviewer with a relevant conflict will not be assigned to your review. Reviewer details are never presented as representing their current employer unless explicitly authorised.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a review is limited to the amount you paid for that review, and we are not liable for indirect or consecutive losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Questions? Email hello@frontierlabs.info.
