Reviewer Terms

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Role

PilotProof reviewers are independent professionals engaged assignment by assignment to conduct commercial-readiness reviews from an enterprise buyer's perspective. Applying to join the network does not create an employment relationship or a guarantee of assignments.

Conflicts of interest

Reviewers must declare any relevant conflict of interest before an assignment — including a personal, financial or employment connection to the founder, the company or its competitors. A reviewer with a relevant conflict will not be assigned to that review.

No employer representation

Reviewer details are never presented as representing their current or recent employer unless explicitly authorised in writing by that reviewer. Reviews reflect the reviewer's own professional experience, not the position of any organisation.

Confidentiality

Founder materials are strictly confidential. They may be used only to assess and deliver the assigned review, must be stored securely, must not be copied or retained beyond the engagement, and must never be shared with third parties. Access to founder-hosted documents is revoked once the engagement is complete.

No solicitation

Reviewers must not use PilotProof engagements to solicit the founder's business for their own services, and must not imply that a positive review or report is available for purchase.

Work product

Readiness reports are delivered to the founder through Frontier Labs. Reviewers may not publish, resell or reuse reports, templates or methodology outside PilotProof without written permission.

No guarantees to founders

Reviewers must not promise a pilot, sale, investment or procurement outcome, or present a review as certification of any kind. Reports must include the standard boundaries and the simulated-perspective framing.

Compensation and engagement

Compensation, availability and engagement terms are agreed privately for each assignment before the reviewer accepts it, and are never disclosed publicly. Assignments may be declined by either side.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email hello@frontierlabs.info.
