This website is operated by Frontier Labs, which provides the VibeCheck pre-launch review service. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at hello@frontierlabs.info.

If you use the order form, we collect the information you choose to submit:

• Contact details: your name, email address and product or company name.
• Product details: the website or web-app URL, target customer, what the product helps customers do, the main action visitors should complete, the journey to review, any particular concerns and an expected launch date if you provide one.
• Access information: whether the product requires a login, and any temporary test-access instructions you agree to provide separately.
• Your confirmations regarding ownership of the product, the scope of the review and agreement to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Information is collected only to deliver the requested review: to prepare the work, contact you about your order, send payment instructions, perform the review and deliver the findings, annotated screenshots and score — plus the recorded walkthrough where the package includes one. Information may be processed as necessary to deliver the requested service and to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Submitted product URLs and temporary access information are used solely to carry out the review described in your order. They are not used for unrelated purposes and are not shared with third parties except as described in this policy.

Customers should never submit production, personal, payment or administrator credentials through this website. Where a review requires a login, create temporary test credentials specifically for this purpose. VibeCheck does not automatically store submitted passwords in browser storage.

Payments are processed through hosted Stripe Payment Links. Stripe may process payment information separately as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Card details are never collected directly on this website and Stripe secret keys are never exposed in website code.

Essential hosting, email and analytics providers may process limited data (for example your email address when we correspond with you, or standard technical logs) in order to operate the website and deliver the service. Where privacy-friendly analytics are used, they are configured to avoid non-essential cookies.

Enquiry and order information may be retained for as long as necessary to deliver the review and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up questions, meet record-keeping obligations and comply with applicable law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by emailing hello@frontierlabs.info. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect submitted information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised.
